我国南冻北旱继续加重蔬菜价格普涨

中广北京1月25日消息（记者满朝旭）据中国之声《新闻纵横》报道 南冻北旱继续发展，对蔬菜价格影响突出。记者昨天从全国几家大型蔬菜批发市场了解到，蔬菜价格普遍上涨，但供应相对稳定，小麦的期货价格已经突破了历史的极值。

主持人：那么，目前极端天气导致各地蔬菜涨幅究竟怎样？又是否会持续影响当前粮食和蔬菜生产？

信息员：宁夏因为它到了冬季主要是以外地客菜为主，长途运输现在不是油价上涨，运费的价格也相应的上涨。其二是在产地的批发价格就涨了。还有第三个原因可能就是冬季，它的损耗也相对大一些。供应这块是没有什么问题的，整个能完全能满足银川市的需要，涨幅最大的有这么几种吧，苋菜、黄瓜、韭菜。

记者：另外，河南、山东、山西、河北等地的旱情呈加剧趋势，据中远期货有限公司介绍，目前小麦期货价格已经超越历史极值。

白中华：不好的方面比如说天气因素，包括节日效应，东炒西炒这些都是造成波动的因素，但是好的因素也有，比如说为了稳定物价保证农产品的供给，最近温家宝总理也主持了国务院常务会议，部署了一季度的工作，发改委也表示要将稳定物价的总水平放在更加突出的位置，来增加宏观调控的针对性、灵活性和有效性，而且明确的表示，就是决定继续提高粮食最低收购价格，这个就像咱们农民朋友发出了非常明确的信息，就是我们要保证农民种粮的收益，种菜的收益是有保证的，来调动他们的积极性。商务部发文制止讲排场推广自助餐和分餐制
